Ended up talking to AT&T and they tried to sell me a $25 per month data program. I reset the NAV by holding the two buttons for 10 seconds. I’ve called Jeep and Uconnect and they don’t have any answer. I would get live traffic updates, the weather would update. I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L one month ago.
